Refund Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. If you would like a replacement due to damaged goods, please email customercare@tryswivo.com within 24 hours of delivery, including:

- Photos of the product
- Inner & outer packaging
- We will respond within 48–72 hours.

2. Please provide a clear picture of the damaged or incorrect product and the packaging.

3. Allow 7 working days from the date you return your package for your request to be processed. We may contact you to confirm the issue before issuing a refund or replacement.

6. You will be eligible for a full refund or exchange at no extra cost if:
 a. The product is damaged in transit.
 b. Parts or accessories are missing.
 c. You received the wrong product.
d. You aren’t satisfied with the product after using it.

7. If you received the wrong product, please keep it unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

8. Please do not use the product you are returning or replacing.

9. If you received a pilfered or tampered delivery, report it within 24 hours of delivery.

10. Refunds will not be processed if:
 a. Required information or images are not provided.
 b. The returned product is not in its original condition.

11. Damages due to misuse, improper handling, or modifications are not covered under our policy.

RETURN SHIPPING

- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own expense.

- Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

- We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service.

- Customers must provide us with the courier name, tracking number, and order details once the return is dispatched. Without this information, we will not be able to verify or process the refund/replacement.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We want you to love your Swivo product. If, within 30 days of purchase, you are not absolutely thrilled with the results of the product you bought from us, we will refund your money in full.

We may contact you to verify the damage or defect before processing your refund or replacement. Refunds are processed via bank transfer or back to the original payment method - no cash refunds.
- Online payment refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
- NEFT refunds will take 3–5 business days after initiation.
- Prepaid orders amount will be refunded to the bank account details you share.

FAIR USAGE POLICY
We aim to make returns and exchanges fair and hassle-free. However, accounts that repeatedly return items, refuse deliveries, or request refunds for issues outside our responsibility may be subject to review, and future orders may be restricted.

SHIPPING DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS
We carefully inspect and pack each order before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or incomplete:
1. Do not use the product.
2. Take clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
3. Keep the invoice for reference.
4. Contact customercare@tryswivo.com within 24 hours of delivery.

If your order was purchased via a marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), please contact their customer service directly. In such cases, Swivo is not responsible for damage claims.

PACKAGING CHANGES
We may update product packaging or materials over time to improve durability and reduce waste, without affecting the product’s function or quality. You may receive products in updated or eco-friendly packaging.

PROMOTIONS
Swivo reserves the right to change or cancel ongoing or upcoming promotions, offers, sales, or giveaways without prior notice or liability.
